The colour is golden yellow with intense reflections. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit such as peach, apricot and stewed pineapple.
The palate is ample. The structure is unctuous and opulent with nuances of ripe fruit, fruit paste and dried apricot.
A wine to accompany more or less spicy Asian dishes, to counterbalance the sweetness.
