The colour is golden yellow, a sign of good maturity.

The aromas are very complex, predominantly pineapple and caramelised grapes, characterising a beautiful over-ripeness. The palate is ample, with the same aromas as on the nose, and finished with a beautiful freshness. A lacy wine.

Food and wine pairing

It is the ideal wine for an aperitif, not too syrupy, but still refreshing. It will be a perfect accompaniment to foie gras, a chocolate dessert, a fruit salad or simply an aperitif.
